Certified Facilitation Skills Workshop!

Learn the Art and Science of Facilitation skills without any power point slides wherein 18 processes would be learnt in a facilitative way with teach back the next day by the participants followed by mentoring for project work.

Facilitation is fast becoming a core competency for anyone who leads a team, manages a project, heads a business or manages a department. To get the most from people today. leaders have to know how to create buy-in, generate participation and empower people. To keep pace, today’s leaders need to be coaches and mentors. In today’s VUCA world at the core of each of these new roles is skill of facilitation.

The workshop will be facilitated by Mr. Shyam Iyer, Founder & CEO of 60 Bits Consulting, who is a Certified Professional Facilitator – IAF-CPF ©, Certified NLP®, MBTI® facilitator and certified Mind trainer. Mr. Shyam has 20 years of HR & OD experience in leadership roles at corporates. Using facilitation processes he has won many prestigious external recognition’s and best practices for the HR & OD processes in Cultural Transformation, Employee Engagement, Developing People skills, Induction, etc. The workshop will be Co Facilitated by Ms. Kala Diwanji, Co Founder of 60 Bits Consulting, who is a Certified Creative Facilitator, Certified practitioner of Appreciative Inquiry, Certified in Mindfulness for Peak Performance and TEDx Speaker and has been conducting leadership, behavioural workshops for corporates for the past 10 years.

After a delightful and long professional career spanning with the Tata Group, that spanned 13 years out of which 9 years as heading HR Function at Tata Power SED, Shyam decided to step down from full time employment and venture into new pursuits and pursue his entrepreneurial dream of running a truly professional HR company 60 Bits Consulting based out of Mumbai, India to help organizations achieve long term value creation through a systematic process of building HR excellence in all facets of business.
