Mr. Rebello, Director, L. R. Associates Pvt. Ltd., company engaged in Management Consultancy and Education with a focus on Learning and Revival. As a consultant his prime focus is to identify probable bottlenecks in the way of organizational effectiveness through research and to recommend / advocate solutions. He has provided clients, critical inputs in strategy, entrepreneurship, performance management, problem solving, project execution and role clarification.With over fifteen years in various managerial positions involving creation of a software company and diversification leading to formation of 4 profit centers, in April 1992 his entrepreneurship led to his being a behavioral solution provider, involving transformation of people who ultimately transform organizations. He has also imparted management training to more than 18,000 employees of various management cadres in areas such of change management, business leadership, team building, effectiveness, the art of delegation and creativity.
Mr. Rebello has a Post Graduate Diploma in Management – Personnel and Industrial Relations, Xavier’s Labour Relations Institute, Jamshedpur, with a prior Graduation in Law from Karnatak University Dharwar, India. Mr. Rebello is a visiting faculty at some of the best Business Schools in India viz., Indian School of Business (ISB), Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies.
Mr. Mhatre is currently, Principal Consultant, L. R. Associates Pvt. Ltd., and Director L. R. Management Education Institute. In his role as a Consultant he is responsible for developing solutions through intervention, analysis of dysfunctional behavior, and value modifications and has been associated with successes in Organisational Development, Human Resource Management, Training and Management Consulting services.
As a management trainer he has imparted training to more than 5,000 employees of various cadres in areas of Team Building, Motivation, Communication Skills, Conflict Management, Organisational Development, Leadership and Interviewing Skills. As a consultant the various assignments that he has executed include SWOT Analysis, Preparation of HR Manuals and Job Descriptions designing Performance Appraisal Systems, Organisational Climate Studies etc.
Mr. Mhatre has a Post Graduate degree in Industrial Psychology, University of Mumbai, India and a Diploma in Personnel Management, Xavier’s Institute of Management, Mumbai, India.
